All financial transactions on the ibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ibet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ibet's discretion.
Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ibet PHP wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the respective bank. The minimum deposit amount at ibet is ₱100. ibet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Anti-Money Laundering: ibet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ibet is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Bet Acceptance: ibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started (where in-play betting is not offered), bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that ibet has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in error or in bad faith.
Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed or paid, ibet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. ibet will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors. The principle "pays wrong, pays nothing" applies — if a bet is settled at incorrect odds due to an error, ibet reserves the right to correct the settlement.
Disconnection Policy: ibet is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during a game session. ibet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ibet will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
